In the last few weeks I have been on Edmodo commenting on the current book we're reading, 'The One and Only Ivan'.
We have been doing this assignment with others schools around the world.
We comment about how Ivan is feeling, Guess what some powerful words mean like "humans waste words" and we reflect on how we feel about the book (close your eyes if you don't like spoilers) like when Stella died and Ivan made the promise. It's fun talking about this stuff on the internet with other people who are doing the exact same thing that we're doing.
